Basement frame means ductwork and R-21 insulation is below the floor studs creating a heated underbellywhere any plumbing will be enclosed.
Look at all the outriggers. these add stability to the floor and more importantly- provide a solid support for sidewalls.
3 Axles are standard. We can add extra axles for shipping heavier units with wood (LP) siding and quartz countertops.
